lazy bloggers...what's been happening..

We are terrible at this whole blogging thing but I swear we're going to try harder in the future.

Right so the last time we posted we were about to go on our Scottish tour, frankly it was awesome Letters are a damn fine band are lovely lovely people, they are also a lot better at pool than we are.

We had fun by the coast.

Some of us ruined nice photos.

We had drinks on the beach.

We got a little drunk on the beach.

                                                     We pretended we could drive.

                                                       We slept at questionable angles.

                                                         We dealt with hangovers.

                                                          We also played some gigs.

Right we've done other stuff since then but this is a good enough update for now.

Enjoy,
WWLOH, x.

Busy times

Hey everyone, how are you? Good I hope.

Round these parts we've been rather busy, we've been working hard in prep for the tour, getting these new songs ready for you. We're pretty pleased and hope you will be too.

We've also been getting everything ready for the single release, which has been hard work too, but we'll now have a nice limited edition physical copy available on the tour.

We've got our first radio session on Thursday night on Radio Enjoyment in Fresh Air Radio, we're pretty excited. Will post details on the facebook.

Ahh yeah the single is now streaming on our bandcamp which you can hear, here http://wherewelayourheads.bandcamp.com/track/bury-you.

Ahh yeah we got featured on Kowalskiy's blog in his single's club, check it out here http://www.kowalskiy.co.uk/2012/03/kowalskiy-singles-club-12.html

and the single was reviewed on Songs Heard On Fast Trains, which you can check out at

So yeah, videos and stuff.

So, hey...hows it going? Still not sure how to start these things.

This week we did our video for the single "Bury You" with the fabulous Ciaron Lyons, which went really well, as far as I know anyway, I guess we'll all know really soon you can check out the stuff he does on his website here.

We've also been working on some new tunes and getting them set for our tour with LETTERS, we've a bunch of new tunes ready for you to hear that we're really looking forward to trying out live.

Ahh yeah bought the new Randolp's Leap tape the other night at their album launch you should check it out we're currently enjoying it as our drive to practice music. Get it on their bandcamp

I think that's all we've got to say right now.

Catch you in a week,

The day we got a blog

So yeah, we've never really really blogged before so it's kinda hard to know where to start. As you'll already know we're Where We Lay Our Heads, there are 4 of us, we all play different instruments, some of us sing and some of us refuse to sing.

So of late we've been rehearsing in our new space, and more or less re-writing our set with the new line up.
We did some photo's, we recorded a single, we'll be doing a video next week, and we'll be going on tour in March with the awesome LETTERS who also have a single coming out on the 19th of March.

We'll try and update this every week or so. Here's a picture of Danny for you to enjoy.
